Thank you for inquiring about exhibiting at SIIA’s 42^nd National Educational Conference & Expo, October 9-11, 2022 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. This will be an in-person event only.

Exhibitor Benefits
The following items are included in the cost of your exhibit space:

• Amount of exhibit space for which you contracted.
• Standard booth draping including an 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape.
• 24-hour security for the exhibit hall (not for individual booths).
• (2) booth staff personnel full conference registrations per 10’ x 10’ exhibit space. Additional booth staff personnel can purchase a registration for the discounted rates of - Early Bird (6/23/22) $745 - after (6/23/22) - $845 per person.
• Company listing and description in the Official Conference Program (deadline for inclusion: July 29, 2022).
• Complimentary lunches, hors d’oeuvres and beverages during lunches and receptions.
